Job summary

Southeastern Life Center is hiring a Mobile Crisis Qualified Professional to provide in-person crisis intervention and stabilization under supervision. The role supports individuals in mental health or substance use crises, implements PCP interventions, and connects clients with community resources.

The QP will work with the LP, supervise staff, document interventions, and coordinate with emergency services to prevent hospitalization. On-call and travel to community settings are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field as per NC guidelines.
• Minimum of 2 years post-degree experience in mental health or substance use services.
• Experience in crisis management in 24/7 settings and 20 hours of crisis training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Respond in-person to crisis calls and provide triage, de-escalation, and stabilization.
• Conduct crisis assessments under supervision to determine eligibility.
• Follow PCP interventions and link to community supports.
