Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring Qualified Behavioral Health Professionals or Licensed Mental Health Clinician for FULL TIME Mobile Crisis Management positions serving Henderson, Polk, and Transylvania counties. This role requires QP status and at least one year of crisis experience, with work from home or other community locations.

You will deliver crisis response in diverse settings to prevent inpatient hospitalization, serving adults and people with mental health or substance use

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year crisis experience in settings such as ACTT, IIHS, inpatient treatment, or similar 24/7 crisis response.
• Applicants must meet criteria for “QP” status.
• Live in the vicinity of Henderson, Polk, or Transylvania counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis response services in diverse settings—community, doctors' offices, schools, and provider offices.
• Work on a mobile crisis management team to prevent inpatient hospitalization.
• Respond to crisis events during 15-hour on-call shifts from home or community location.
