Job summary

Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness, a mission-driven community health organization, seeks a Crisis Program Director to lead the Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) program in Park Forest, IL. This hands-on leadership role oversees operations, supports clinical staff, and builds strong partnerships to deliver responsive crisis services.

The position requires an MSW or equivalent, an active license (LCSW or LCPC), and at least 5 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Active clinical license required (LCSW or LCPC).
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience working with youth and families in crisis settings preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Mobile Crisis Response program.
• Supervise Program Coordinators and direct service staff.
• Ensure compliance with program standards, contracts, and agency policies.
• Support program development and expansion of services.
• Lead staff training, performance reviews, and hiring processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with community providers and stakeholders.
