The Peer Support Specialist collaborates with clinicians to provide in-person crisis stabilization, safety planning, and resource linkage, utilizing team vans for field responses and coordinating with local authorities and hospitals as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Experience with recovery from mental illness or substance use
• Willing to share lived experience
• Certified Peer Support preferred but not required, must complete training if not certified

Aufgaben

• Respond with MCOT clinician to provide crisis stabilization and safety planning
• Provide follow-up support and connect to community resources
• Assist with using MCOT van for in-field response and co‑response with staff
