Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience working with consumers with mental health and substance use challenges.
• Personal Recovery Plan in self-demonstrated recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals in crisis to help resolve critical situations.
• Assist in developing a Recovery Plan with goals and steps toward recovery.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure Recovery Plans are implemented.
