Sycamores, in partnership with the 988 mental health crisis hotline, seeks an in-field Mobile Crisis Outreach Team Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to respond to crises, stabilize situations, and coordinate care with hospitals, police, and ambulance services. Qualifications

• Licensed in California as Licensed Psychiatric Technician required.
• 2+ years of licensure and experience preferred.
• DMH experience preferred.
• Maintains all required licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Respond in person to provide timely crisis support and stabilization.
• Conduct safety planning and assess danger to self or others.
• Draft follow-up care and coordinate hospital, housing, and transport needs.
• Co‑respond with MCOT Peer Support Specialist and MCOT team.
• Operate a company vehicle as part of crisis intervention.
