Job summary

Sycamores is seeking an LPS Supervisor to lead the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in partnership with the 988 mental health crisis line. The role includes hands-on coaching, field coverage, and consultation during crisis calls, with strong collaboration with local DMH, police, hospitals, and ambulance services.

Responsibilities include administrative supervision, on-call availability, and representing MCOT to external partners. California LPS licensure and leadership experience are required.

• Be available for consultation during crisis calls and fill in when needed in the field.
• Represent the MCOT program to external stakeholders and community resources.
