Zusammenfassung

CMHA-CEI is actively seeking a crisis services professional in Lansing, MI to deliver direct and indirect mental health support. You will provide crisis intervention in person and by phone, coordinate referrals to hospital and community services, and document cases meticulously.

A leadership mindset and strong communication are essential to succeed within a diverse multidisciplinary team. Salary: $27.12 per hour with variable weekday shifts and flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other related field required.

Aufgaben

• Provide crisis intervention and support to consumers with mental health and/or substance use issues.
• Assist with hospital referrals and linkage to community programs.
• May provide case management and development of strength-based, family-centered plans.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and participate in a multi-disciplinary team.
