Job summary

Rosecrance Behavioral Health seeks an Engagement Specialist to provide outreach and mobile crisis services, coordinating with the clinical team to support individuals in crisis. You will engage with the community to raise awareness of mental health services and partner in developing crisis solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with a commitment to recovery principles and ethical client care. Training and CRSS credential pursuit may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile crisis response in the community when dispatched.
• Assist individuals hesitant to engage with behavioral health professionals.
• Contribute to design, implementation and evaluation of crisis solutions.
• Advocate for clients with professionalism and collaboration.
• Conduct timely documentation within required timeframes.
• Attend team meetings and participate in clinical discussions.
