Job summary

Olympic Health and Recovery Services (OHRS) seeks a Crisis Services Clinician to join the Lacey Mobile Outreach Team. The role delivers crisis intervention and stabilization in community settings, collaborating with Crisis Peer Specialists and law enforcement partners.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, follow-up outreach, and coordinating referrals to ensure safety and access to behavioral health resources. DOE pay and shift differentials apply. Fluency in crisis response is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Two years of behavioral health experience preferred.
• Current Washington State Driver's License, proof of insurance, acceptable driving record when driving fleet vehicles or outreaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and stabilization services to individuals in crisis.
• Conduct risk assessments for suicide, homicide, or immediate response needs.
• Provide mobile crisis intervention and stabilization in community settings.
• Develop stabilization and safety plans with clients and support networks.
