Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active clinical license as required by state regulations (LPC/LCSW/LSW).
• Minimum 5 years with mental health challenges and related populations.
• Minimum 3 years supervising or leading frontline staff.
• CJIS Certification upon hire; background check completed.

Responsabilités

• Respond to behavioral health crises as part of mobile crisis team.
• Provide real-time clinical consultation and field support to responders.
• Conduct screenings and assessments of mental health needs and safety concerns.
• Lead crisis interventions using trauma-informed practices.
• Provide day-to-day clinical supervision and guidance to staff.
• Review documentation to support quality and billing.
• Provide supervision hours for licensure as required by standards.
• Deliver clinical training on crisis intervention and documentation.
• Document interactions in the Electronic Health Record.
• Identify trends and training needs; inform program leadership.
• Support operations during high demand or emergencies.
