Resources for Human Development is seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor for the Alternative Dispatch Team in Wilmerding, PA. The role focuses on direct clinical supervision, field-based support, and real-time consultation to Behavioral Health First Responders during crises.

Responsibilities include supervision hours for licensure, documentation oversight in the EHR, and hands-on clinical service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision and coaching to BHFRs during shifts and in the field.
• Review and approve clinical documentation and notes for quality and billing support.
• Serve as rendering provider when needed, per licensure and billing requirements.
• Provide required clinical supervision hours for staff seeking licensure per state standards.
• Deliver clinical training and skills development to BHFRs, including crisis intervention and documentation standards.
• Coordinate services for program participants with BHFRs and leadership.
• Complete all duties during shifts, including evenings, weekends, or extended hours.
