Qualifications

• Licensed social worker or related license; license-eligible considered.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and EMR systems.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational direction as part of interdisciplinary team.
• On-call duties 24/7; coordinate staff coverage and scheduling.
• Supervise staff and ensure medical records compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with IT on technical issues affecting the mobile team.
• Initiate billing protocols for client records and reviews.
• Conduct daily case reviews to identify service needs.
• Deliver counseling and supports to individuals in recovery.
• Oversee staff development, training, and performance management.
• Develop program improvement plans with Director and QA.
• Assist with community outreach and referral development.
