Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Health, Inc. in Warwick, RI is seeking a Mobile Crisis/Emergency Services Team Leader to provide leadership, clinical supervision, and oversight to case managers and direct service staff.

Primary responsibilities include supervising daily activities, maintaining productivity targets, and ensuring service standards are met. Responsibilities also cover staff onboarding, ensuring proper documentation, and compliance with BHDDH rules.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in the human service field of social work or counseling is required.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years emergency services experience.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Program Manager, provide group and individual clinical/administrative supervision and leadership to assigned team.
• Monitor the day-to-day activities of assigned team members; work with Program Manager to ensure productivity targets are met as established by Thrive.
• Provide orientation to new team members and ensure proper standards for services (i.e., QMHP).
• Monitor clinical documentation of team members to ensure quality and timeliness per Thrive standards.
• Under the direction of Program Manager, provide direct clinical supervision in accordance with BHDDH Rules and Regulations.
• Create and promote effective working relationships among team and colleagues; work across as part of department to meet goals.
