Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island Inc. seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to lead the Mobile Response team, supervise clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists, and oversee emergency response services.

You will conduct crisis assessments and brief treatments, using evidence-based models, and participate in on-call coverage. The role requires RI licensure (Social Worker/Therapist/Mental Health Counselor), a Master’s in human services, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; RI licensure as Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical supervisory experience.
• Experience with emergency evaluations is a plus.
• Spanish speaking preferred and compensated.
• Flexible schedule with some evenings.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mobile Response Team including MRSS implementation and emergency supports.
• Supervise clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists; oversee mobile response assessments and follow-ups.
• Perform crisis assessments, brief treatment, and provide consultation as needed; utilize evidenced-based models.
• Participate in on-call emergency services and provide clinical training.
