Carleton Living in Bedford, TX seeks a Roving Community Manager to travel between properties, manage day-to-day operations, and cover staff vacancies. The role requires coordinating move-ins/outs, handling rent adjustments, and maintaining occupancy across multiple sites.

You’ll train and onboard new team members, supervise residents, process notices, and collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate deposits and payments. A valid driver's license is required.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience as a Property Manager required.
• Experience with affordable housing, LIHTC or HUD preferred.
• CAM/CAPS/CPM designations preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and use of a personal automobile for local travel.
• Experience with various affordable housing / tax credit programs highly preferred.
• Ability to travel 50% including local travel in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and Austin, TX.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to assigned properties on a rotating or as-needed basis to manage day-to-day operations.
• Serve as interim manager during staff vacancies or as directed by leadership.
• Assist with training and on-boarding new team members.
• Process rent adjustments per established procedures and verifications.
• Post resident charges and manage delinquent accounts per procedures.
• Show vacant apartments using professional marketing to maintain occupancy.
• Complete move-in/move-out reports and coordinate deposits with accounting.
• Address resident concerns professionally and enforce notices when needed.
• Process invoices for correctness and proper coding.
• Act as Community Manager when required.
