Job summary

CBRE is seeking a mobile Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support multiple sites in the Charlotte, NC area with expert care and fast fixes.

The role covers inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of commercial HVAC systems, including electrical and plumbing components, while ensuring safety and code compliance. You will work with a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school completion with relevant experience.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.
• 4–5 years of job-related HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on building HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose failures and perform repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Complete maintenance records and service reports.
• Operate company vehicles and coordinate with clients and team.
• Share expertise and mentor colleagues to uphold CBRE RISE values.
• Communicate technical information clearly to clients and teammates.
