Job summary

CBRE is hiring a Mobile Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support multiple financial sites in the quad cities area with expert care and fast fixes. If you're ready to hit the road and make a difference.

As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Engineer, the technician will fix equipment issues, perform preventive and emergency maintenance, and document work in a CMMS. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC experience, strong problem-solving, and be physically capable of handling

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; EPA Universal preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose failures and perform repairs, modification, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete maintenance records and service documentation in CMMS.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work assignments.
• Share HVAC expertise and mentor team members while upholding CBRE values.
• Coordinate with teammates and clients to ensure high-quality task completion.
• Communicate technical information clearly to colleagues and clients.
