Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment following guidelines and codes.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine corrective actions for HVAC systems and related electrical/plumbing components.
• Perform repairs, preventive and emergency maintenance, and maintain service records.
• Operate company vehicles to job sites as needed.
• Apply standard HVAC techniques and procedures to solve non-routine problems.
• Mentor and share HVAC expertise with teammates, aligning with CBRE values.
• Communicate technical information clearly to colleagues and clients and support collaboration.
