Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• EPA Universal preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per guidelines and codes.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine corrective actions for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform repairs, preventive and emergency maintenance, and document work in CMMS.
• Operate company vehicles to reach multiple sites and complete daily tasks.
• Share HVAC expertise, mentor teammates, and uphold CBRE values.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
