Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. in Mobile, AL seeks a Site Lead for the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP/MDDU). The role manages deployments, coordinates transport of detection equipment, and ensures readiness with training and AARs.

Requires 10+ years RN detection experience and radiological/nuclear instrumentation knowledge, plus ability to travel 50–75% and obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance. Contract award dependent; full-time position with MELE benefits including medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• 10 years RN detection training and mission support experience.
• Experience with radiological/nuclear detection instrumentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel 50–75%.
• Secret clearance eligibility and DHS suitability.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and report on program planning and management taskings.
• Deploy equipment and coordinate transport to locations as designated.
• Ensure detection equipment is repaired, calibrated and ready 24/7.
• Provide training and after-action reports at events.
• Schedule part-time staff to support surge deployments.
• Provide status updates to the Program Manager.
