Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead in Portland, OR to support the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP) and Mobile Detection Deployment Unit (MDDU). The role requires coordinating deployments, maintaining detection equipment, and reporting to the Program Manager.

The position demands extensive travel and a SECRET clearance. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in R/N detection and training, experience with PRD/RIID equipment, and strong communication skills to manage nationwide

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear CBRN detection.
• 10 years relevant experience in R/N detection training and operations.
• Proficiency with the equipment listed (PRD, RIID, detection systems).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; travel 50–75% of the month across the US.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, organize and report program planning and management tasks.
• Deploy equipment as needed and coordinate deployments.
• Ensure equipment is repaired, calibrated and ready for deployment 24/7.
