Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in South Texas is seeking a Product Sales Executive for Surgery and Advanced Therapies. You will own the Cios product line in your territory, be the product expert for the full Siemens portfolio, and work with a field-based team to drive revenue and customer value in hospitals, surgery centers, and outpatient facilities.

This role requires 5+ years of capital equipment sales, strong quota achievement, and up to 50% travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years capital equipment sales experience, hospital and non-hospital settings.
• Experience meeting large quotas and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cios product line for the assigned territory.
• Be the product expert for Siemens full-line sales force and customers.
• Achieve territory objectives including quota attainment and market share growth.
• Generate proposals, prepare quotations, plan meetings, and demonstrate capabilities.
• Lead development and execution of strategic account plans.
• Build long-term relationships with key management in customer organizations.
• Communicate market and competitive intelligence to decision makers.
• Help forecast and budget for product sales channels.
• Lead territory reviews and update account plans as conditions change.
