Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Surgery Product Sales Executive for Mobile C-Arm solutions in South Texas. This field-based role focuses on selling to hospitals, surgery centers and outpatient facilities, serving as a primary contact as customers evaluate Siemens Medical Solutions products and services.

The role demands ownership of the Cios product line for the territory, expertise across Interventional Radiology and Surgery, and a track record of meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years capital equipment sales experience inside and outside of a hospital setting
• Experience carrying large quotas and working with long sales cycles
• Ability to travel approx. 50% (within assigned territory)
• Candidate must live in or near assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, plan customer meetings and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Lead development of strategic account plans to achieve business goals and budgets.
• Develop, build and cultivate long-term relationships with key management within customer organizations.
• Communicate market and competitive intelligence to decision makers within accounts.
• Assist management in devising sales plans, forecasts, and operating plans for product sales channels.
• Lead territory team reviews and updates of account plans based on market changes.
