Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services seeks a Mobile Business Office Manager to support multiple facilities across West Virginia, overseeing the business office operations and supervising staff. The role requires travel between sites to cover vacancies and heavy workloads.

The BOM ensures accurate billing, collections, and regulatory compliance, working with facility leadership and external partners to maintain quality financial operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in the business office of a Long Term Care facility
• College degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related field
• Prior supervisory experience and management training
• Thorough understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, and managed care costing and analysis

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor business office staff
• Ensure timely billing and collections across facilities
• Coordinate with Executive Director and facility staff
• Manage patient/resident accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
