CommuniCare Health Services seeks a Business Office Manager for Fayetteville Healthcare Center in WV. The BOM will oversee the business office, supervise staff, ensure accurate billing, Medicare/Medicaid compliance, and collaborate with executives and facility teams.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in LTC business office, a business/Accounting degree, and strong supervisory skills. The role emphasizes accuracy, service, and process improvement with impact on financial outcomes and care quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in the business office of a long-term care facility.
• College degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Supervisory experience and management training.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly BOM Admission Checklist and present at stand-up.
• Verify census, tie out midnight testing for accuracy daily.
• Oversee admissions procedures when Admissions Coordinator is unavailable.
• Lead Medicaid pending/collection meetings with facility staff.
• Supervise business office staff and manage billing/collection tasks.
• Interact with residents and families on financial matters; ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in training and maintain center and home office procedures.
