Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to keep facilities running, performing hands‑on maintenance and repairs across HVAC, building systems, and equipment. You’ll be the frontline expert ensuring reliability, safety, and performance wherever needed.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, reviewing work orders, and ensuring compliance with codes and client environment conditions. A valid CFC certification and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school or trade diploma plus 4–5 years in related work.
• Must have Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; manage supplies and tools.
