Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems. The role supports the Engineering and Technical Services function, performing inspections and repairs to ensure safe, reliable operations in a downtown Philadelphia area portfolio.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license; 4–5 years of related experience is preferred, with supervisory background viewed

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
Universal CFC certification and a valid driver’s license.
Prior supervisory or shift-management experience preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems.
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, and manage service requests.
Manage work orders, tools, materials, and maintenance schedules using data.
Ensure safety standards and company policies, and operate company vehicles safely.
Provide technical expertise and collaborate with stakeholders while sharing knowledge.
