Job summary

The role includes regional travel up to 30%, a company vehicle and tools, and a Monday–Friday schedule in a single-occupant, autonomous position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
• Prior shift supervisor experience is preferred.
• Must meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs, stairs, etc.).
• Ability to analyze information and make judgments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety and controls.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and respond to service requests.
• Manage work orders, tools, materials, and maintenance schedules with records.
• Ensure safety compliance and operate company vehicles safely.
• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with stakeholders.
