Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems to keep buildings up to standards.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure building systems like fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing operate within design specs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work tasks.
• Share knowledge and coach others within the function.
• Model CBRE RISE values and lead by example.
• Work to build consensus and reach agreements across teams.
