Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Ensure fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing operate within design specs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work tasks.
• Share knowledge and coach others within the function.
• Model CBRE RISE values and lead by example.
• Collaborate to reach consensus and deliver client outcomes.
