Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Longview, Texas is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and operate building systems across client properties. The role focuses on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems, with attention to preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

You will work with the facilities team to monitor equipment, perform inspections, and respond to emergencies. A strong technical background, reliable communication, and the ability to travel between properties are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; apprentice/trade school preferred.
• Minimum of four years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and overall system design.
• EPA Section 608 Universal certification for refrigerants.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Experience with building automation systems and energy management.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment.
• Operate and repair HVAC, boilers, pumps, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Conduct inspections and document conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies and support travel between properties as needed.
• Maintain stock and inventory; report on maintenance activities.
