Job summary

CBRE is hiring Mobile Building Engineers to support multiple facilities around Marietta, GA. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems to ensure reliable operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA license required.
• Mobile maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage tools and supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance to meet design life and reliability.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for compliance and operation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety.
• Operate company vehicles as needed.
• Apply technical knowledge to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach team members and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and adhere to CBRE RISE values.
