Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to support multiple facilities in the Portland, OR area. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and reliability of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems to keep buildings operating to client specifications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
EPA license required/desired.
07A Commercial Electrical License preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
Review work orders; estimate time and materials; maintain supplies and tools.
Implement preventive maintenance to meet design specs and reliability.
Review inspections of HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing to ensure compliance.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
Operate company vehicles as needed for daily duties.
Apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems and propose solutions.
Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values.
Build consensus and communicate effectively to teams.
Impact activities within own team and related teams within guidelines.
Explain difficult information clearly to stakeholders.
