Job summary

Heartlinks ABA IN is seeking qualified BCBAs to support students with autism. Work alongside our Clinical Director and enjoy a supportive culture that values work-life balance and minimal administrative tasks.

You will provide behavioral analysis services, develop and monitor instructional and behavior programs, and train staff. A Master’s degree in psychology or related field and BCBA certification are required, along with reliable transportation and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders. Students receive direct therapy. The BCBA will be supervised by the Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans
• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans. Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
