• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism; direct therapy supervised by Executive/Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans; work well in teams.
