Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join a growing team delivering in-home and community ABA services for children with autism. The role emphasizes supervision by a seasoned leadership team and collaboration across language, social, and communication domains.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA with a Master’s degree and possess strong interpersonal and writing skills. Flexible scheduling, hybrid/homes-based options, and ongoing professional development are available

Competenze

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in systems such as Central Reach.

Mansioni

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants should be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
