Heartlinks ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join a growing, multi-state team focused on in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. The role offers hybrid scheduling, ongoing supervision by a Clinical Director with 20+ years BCBA experience, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Train staff on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and a team player.
