Job summary
Heartlinks ABA is seeking qualified BCBAs to provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to students with autism. You will be supervised by the Executive Director & Clinical Director and work on individualized programs.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
- BCBA certification required.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders, with direct therapy under supervision.
- Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
- Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans.
- Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
