Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism; direct therapy under supervision.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on programs and plans.
