Job summary

Primis Bank Opportunities seeks a Mobile CSR to perform on-site banking transactions at customer locations, delivering cash, checks, debit cards, and notary services with top-tier customer care.

The role requires independent work, adherence to safety protocols, and proficient use of the V1BE app to manage service requests and coordinate with the Fulfillment Lead. In-person attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred military, security background, or leadership experience.
• Must be able to work independently in a traveling/mobile role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during time-sensitive pickups and deliveries at customer locations.
• Demonstrate proficiency with the V1BE application to support customer needs and handle service requests.
• Work autonomously using technology and communication tools.
• Coordinate with the Fulfillment Lead and market center staff to ensure smooth transactions.
• Safely transport transactions and follow safety protocols; maintain vigilance.
• In-person attendance is required and regular, reliable attendance is expected.
