Qualifications

• High school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of member/customer service experience in financial services.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in financial institutions or customer service preferred.
• Experience with digital tools or self-service technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and cross-sell Credit Union services to current and potential members.
• Comply with policies and service standards; ensure privacy and security.
• Serve as product information source for members and staff inquiries.
• Assist members with account inquiries, maintenance, and education.
• Support opening new memberships and explain products and services.
• Help members with digital banking tools and ITM usage.
• Promote financial education resources and community programs.
• Maintain accuracy and follow operational procedures.
