Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during time sensitive pickups and deliveries at customer-specified locations.
• Demonstrate proficiency with the V1BE application to support customer needs and efficiently manage service requests.
• Work autonomously, using technology and communication tools effectively.
• Collaborate with the V1BE Fulfillment Lead and market center personnel to ensure smooth transaction completions.
• Securely transport transactions, maintaining vigilance and adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
