Primis-Bank is seeking an on-site Retail Banking Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions, open new accounts, and refer customers for tailored financial solutions. You will support cash handling, maintain audit standards, and assist with wires and foreign currency services at our Colonial Heights market center.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to cross-sell financial products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience cross-selling financial products.
• Experience submitting qualified referrals.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of customer transactions including deposits, check cashing, and account inquiries.
• Proactively conduct sales activities to offer financial solutions and meet sales goals.
• Refer customers to the Primis employee best suited to meet their needs.
• Maintain balance and audit standards; ensure MIC scores are satisfactory.
• Assist with foreign currency, direct deposits, wires, and government bond transactions.
