PNC is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow the retail customer base through outbound conversations and proactive outreach. This in-office role focuses on selling bank products to clients outside of branches and building a strong pipeline for PNC partners.

Preferred Spanish language skills support diverse customer interactions. Candidates should be familiar with technology options and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience during events and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in sales or banking.
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred per role requirements.
• Able to travel to non-branch locations and conduct outreach.

Responsibilities

• Builds the retail customer base through outbound quality sales conversations.
• Sells bank products to existing and prospective clients outside of branch locations.
• Develops customer relationships and strong appointment pipelines for branch and partners.
• Creates an exceptional customer experience at events to drive acquisition and wallet growth.
• Educates customers on technology options and PNC capabilities.
