Job summary

SRP Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to handle cash and check transactions, assist members with financial services, and promote Credit Union products. The role requires excellent service orientation and the ability to travel between branches as needed.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, educating members on online banking, reconciling end-of-day cash, and providing a positive, efficient member experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of member/customer service and cash handling experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Symitar Episys Core Banking software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent SRP Federal Credit Union professionally and courteously to members and potential members.
• Process cash and check transactions in a fast-paced environment with proper endorsements and negotiability.
• Refer, sell, and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Educate members on online and mobile banking services.
• Balance and reconcile cash drawers at end of day; balance all cash and checks.
