Job summary

Hillman Group seeks an Automotive Key Sales Specialist in Dallas, TX to bring automotive key solutions directly to customers from a mobile van. You will engage retail customers, dealerships, and events, using consultative selling to uncover needs and close sales.

You will earn $25/hour plus 5% commission on sales, with a company van, fuel card, and predictable hours. Travel within a 50-mile radius is expected, with occasional weekend work based on demand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence purchasing decisions.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• 2+ years in retail/direct/customer-facing sales or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers and initiate conversations at retail locations.
• Demonstrate automotive key solutions and educate customers on benefits.
• Drive sales opportunities through consultative selling with customers.
• Collaborate with Mobile Locksmith Technician to support mobile operations.
• Manage daily sales activities and lead generation within a 50-mile radius.
• Maintain inventory, displays, and professional appearance of the mobile van.
• Develop relationships with retail partners and dealerships.
