Hillman Group is seeking an Automotive Key Sales Specialist in Nashville, TN to operate from a mobile sales van, delivering key replacement and programming services directly to customers at retail locations, dealerships, and events.

You will be the face of the automotive key program, using consultative selling to educate customers, overcome objections, and close sales while traveling within a 50-mile radius.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, direct sales, customer-facing sales, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence customer purchasing decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Experience in automotive, locksmith, retail, wireless, home improvement, or service sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively approach customers in high-traffic retail outlets and parking lots.
