Hillman Group is seeking an Automotive Key Sales Specialist to represent our automotive key program in Phoenix, AZ. You will operate from a mobile sales van and engage customers at retail locations, dealerships, and events to drive key replacements and programming services.

In this role you will use consultative selling to uncover needs, demonstrate value, and turn conversations into sales while traveling within a 50-mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, direct sales, customer-facing sales, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence customer purchasing decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Experience in automotive, locksmith, retail, wireless, home improvement, or service sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

As an Automotive Key Sales Specialist, you will be the face of Hillman's automotive key program, engaging customers directly at retail locations, dealerships, and community events. Operating from a fully equipped mobile sales van, you will bring automotive key replacement and programming services directly to customers.

This is a highly interactive, customer-facing sales role where success comes from your ability to connect with people, uncover their needs, demonstrate value, and confidently earn their business. Working alongside our Mobile Locksmith Technician team, you will use consultative selling techniques to educate customers, overcome objections, and turn conversations into sales opportunities.

*This position pays$25/ hour plus 5% commission on salesand includes acompany van and fuel card for business use.Typical hours are9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday, with weekends required.Schedule and hours may vary based on business needs.Travel to one store per day within a 50-mile radius is required.
