Qualifications

• Two years automotive technician experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ford and/or ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing - background check, drug testing, DMV check.

Responsibilities

• Perform light-duty automotive services (oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements).
• Complete select Ford recall repairs.
• Operate Mobile Service Van to provide on-site service at customer locations.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
